fraud

fraud is a crime, whether or not its insurance fraud, identity fraud, credit card fraud -- fraud is fraud, right? and people should be aware if someone they know has committed fraud... i mean i would like to know if someone i know who i think i could trust has committed some type of fraud that might affect me personally, in some way. knowing this information, i might not want to put 100% trust in this person.

so if i talk about it and let people know about it, i'm doing them a favour, right? just trying to figure out whether or not i should tell people who'd be concerned...

I suppose it all depends on the type of fraud. I mean, your definition of fraud borders on the definition of lying.

ok, so what if its fraud, but not something you could charge someone with... so its leaning more towards lying and deceit?
