snacking...

so i've been snacking constantly these past 2 weeks... so much that i've gained 2-3 pounds sitting at my desk eating chocolate, yoghurt, granola, and crackers... not all at the same time of course :b and to make things worse, i havent had much time to go to physio these past 2 weeks either :(

that's it. no crackers. yoghurt once a week, and i'll allow myself 1 bad junk food once a week, and drink lots of water, and i'll go to physio at least 3 times a week. plus i have my skating 3 times a week...
