calling all Graphic Designers...

are there any graphic designers out there reading my blog? :D
the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada BC Chapter is putting on a really cool event called Paperbash at Sugar and Sugar in Vancouver, April 15.

you're going to see some of Vancouver's leading designers compete in a Pinata Design-Off. They'll have every entrants' pinata (made from recycled paper) hanging on display to be judged in three categories: Most Outrageous, Most Beautiful, and Most Creative. Then after all the drinking and stuff, they're going to get people to basically smash the pinatas for the prizes inside! I heard they'll be cool stuff inside too.

so if you're up to the challenge, I suggest you grab a bunch of your friends, take out the paper, scissors, and glue, and get busy! ;)
