pre-test jitters

i had my 2nd last ice dance practice last night. i had a good case of pre-test jitters. the first round of the dance i slipped and fell. i did another round and halfway thru my outside mohawk i fell flat on my butt :( i've NEVER fallen in dance so i was pretty shocked and had to hold back tears. i couldn't believe how nervous i was -- and it was only practice! part of it is that i haven't tested a dance in more than a few years (before i left for japan).

this friday is my last session before the big test in Surrey/Delta. i gotta figure out a way to calm my nerves. if i was this nervous during practice, can you imagine how i'll be on test day?! :(

anyone have any relaxation/focus/confidence building exercises?
