and craving a chocolate chip cookie...
well, its snack time and since i'll be playing vball later this afternoon i better get a snack in so i won't drop dead on the court :b
fat-free yogurt and an apple is good they say so i'm going to venture out, get some air, some sun, and look for something that resembles the two :)

Ok, so I found this:
Starbucks' Fruit, Yogurt & Granola Parfait. 4g of fat, 11g of protein, at 280 calories. i think thats close enough right? its got blueberries and strawberries (fruit) and fat-free vanilla yogurt :)
i'm going to munch on this on my way to ball tonite :)
