my 7 day meal plan

ok, so i'm going to take my kinesiologist/rehab specialist/personal trainer up on her challenge to get back onto a 7 day meal plan, so that i can keep my energy up for all the torture she will be putting my body thru :P i'll have more energy, get the right amount of carbs, fats, protein, etc, and feel good about it :)

i'm EXCITED! today is DAY ONE, and as i'm writing this, i'm eating my breakfast -- whole grain toasted breakfast bagel with an egg, slice of ham, and slice of cheese. YUM! i also will have half a grapefruit :) YUM YUM =b (sorry no pic!)

actually i'm cheating a bit.. i'm not supposed to have the slice of ham, but i figure its ok since i dont get enough fat in my diet up until now... sssssshhhhh don't tell her ;)
