busy busy as a bee...

It's been so busy here at work. Had to churn out a newspaper ad for 7 newspapers this week. Lucky the ad won't change much for the rest of December -- at least I hope not! ;)

Still not settled in yet here at the office. I'm using an old desk that was brought up from storage. Apparently I'll get a newer L-shaped desk from someone's house in Kelowna (!) shipped here in a few weeks, depending on whether or not the house that holds the desk gets sold or not :b... and I've got 2 HUGE filing cabinets which I'll never use and they'll probably have to move at least one of them back DOWN to storage. But I've got a fairly large cubicle (equivalent to 2 smaller cubicles compared to where my boyfriend works) with 2 panels of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Hastings Street, the water, and the mountains. I can't wait till my desk gets here -- then I can finally get settled. I already know how I'm going to arrange my furniture -- my L-shaped desk, 1 filing cabinet, 1 laser printer, a plant, and a small meeting table at the opposite end of the cubicle with 2 chairs :). It's going to be my little office -- without a door. :b
